Selling all fan pages

I have quite a few fan pages spread across three accounts, they must total around 1,000,000 fans all together. I don't have a problem with finding buyers - there are plenty who want them! The problem is with the practicality of selling fan pages.

Should I just sell the whole lot as one and give the buyer the three accounts with all the pages or should I sell them individually and make the buyer the admin?

I would sell them as a package unless you can sell the parts for significantly more the package. The package deal will get a lot more interest and demand a decent (I'm assuming) lump sum. Selling each site in a piecemeal fashion will leave you with the scraps that have little value standing alone. I guess it really depends on how hard you want to work selling them.

I typically sell mine 1 at a time, end up getting more $$ that way.

You should take that crap your trying to sell back to where you came from. Ive been marketing for 20+yrs and that was the weakest, most feeble attempt at selling garbage. Fricken idiot go back in the hole where you came from.

There's a lot of pages that were started by people just for fun without any intention to monetize and they have gone viral reaching millions of fans. And pages with that many fans are worth 1000's of dollars. Although personally I wouldn't buy one as facebook could delete it at any moment, there's people that would and could profit 5x of what they initially spent.

Sorry, I am not sure which post you are reading, but at no point did I say that I was not monetizing them. All that has happened is I have used all the simple methods that I can be bothered to use and now I would rather sell them, make a bit of money with little effort and then start again with new pages.

It was a simple question which you appear to have translated into your own words. Should I sell them as a whole or sell them individually?
