Due to facebook change, they tightened the threshold. There is almost no solution for this. We still spend and pay on time, and don't forget to increase spending

I have paid on time without any outstanding bills, the budget is very large but it is very difficult to reach the threshold. Is there any current solution?
 
it's annoying that the threshold keeps repeating 10% that's a big loss, hope this gets fixed soon
 
As far as I know Facebook tightened the threshold now so it hard to have clear solution for this.
