Searching for Affordable Newsletter Platform

Hey guys, I am searching for an affordable newsletter option to manage my list of over 200k+

Zoho rejects newsletters talking about affiliate marketing and SEO (and does not refund )

Others are a bit too pricey. Does any one know any affordable options to recommend? I will appreciate feedback. Thanks

What's affordable for you? I've used Sendgrid quite a lot. Their Essentials plan for email lists over 100,000 emails but under 2.5 million is $20/month.

It works well, although I really hate their newsletter editor. Even with templates, I find that it's a bit buggy, especially if you copy/paste anything into it.

I doubt you will find a service that will let you send 1million emails for $100. Even with your custom set up the cost of servers will exceed this budget.

Thank you, Zoho Campaigns do. However, newsletters on affiliate marketing and SEO are not allowed.

I went based on what it said on their website for a 100k+ email list; it looks like the price is higher for you due to the number of emails you're trying to send per month. Perhaps Sendgrid isn't a good option for you though considering how expensive that is.

Self hosted are the cheapest way to go:

Sendy is good if you want more features check

there are more rich features and more volume sending
some may need extra optimization to be even faster (mailwizz)
you always can ask their support.

insist to ask that you have a 250k+ (add more) list and you want to send in 24h
some may say unlimited (but in real life they can not send 250k in a day)

Your are planning for the future I guest ( that the reason you don't need one that will send 250k in a week, from email software aspect , from the mail server - SMTP server - relay server is another story, how fast will be delivered)

if for any reason you don't want to self host, ask their official support, if they have cloud hosting of their software, some they do
but it is more expensive than self-hosted. Also some offer Professional installation Services so you not bother to setup.
