Looking for web design partner joomla + cpa!

Ok guys here i am looking for partner to make my joomla template articles look cool and link it with site that will use cpa i got all ready just need designer to make it look nice, all profit from cpa will be split in 60:40 manner, things i will do:

Xrummer - i got forums lists ready to do the spam/backlink + i got xrummer soft

Facewizzard - i got facewizard ready to start collecting and inviting friends to grp.

I have Facebook CTRL Script

I have cool domain name waiting to be activated

I have payed hosting

I have ************** payoneer card so ur share will be sent either with westernunion or moneybookers/paypal

I have purschased Crystalline template for Joomla 1.5

I have point managment script with postback php

I have advertiser that will place tweet on his acc with 16k followers

So Joomla page will be used to describe how points work and how much points are needed to eg. PS3 xbox.... and separate page will be used to manage points

So all u need to do is to make it look cool and combine all and get ur share of the profit.

why dont u make a site with cpa reward script like people do survey get points and after that redeem points its simple to do with script not with joomla template
