is there a way or software that can tell me how many sites are linking back to my site?

Of course without looking at Google Webmaster.

I think yahoo works much better.

Yahoo shows more than 2000 inlinks.
Google shows only 3 inlinks... it's very strange, because my link is in pages indexed by google, so I don't understand why it is not showing my links (and they are d0f0llow).
