I need your help in making a decision.

I have two projects and I have to choose one of them to work on in the future.

1) The site is new, DR 15, unique domains 50+
2) The site is about 3 years old, DR 50, unique domains 1000+.

Both projects are in the white niche and only white hat SEO strategy was used.

My question is which project would you choose? Is it true that a new site is much easier to drive backlinks? Or is it a myth?

I would prefer the second project because it has a higher Domain Rating (DR 50) and more unique domains, making it easier to expand on.

The idea that a new site is simpler to drive backlinks is largely a fiction; established sites with authority get backlinks more readily.

My suggestion is the first one, as it will be officially supported by Google and there will be cashback at a later stage
