Editing copyright photos with AI for website

Does anyone do this? I need photos for a travel agency website and thought about using original ones and edit them slightly.

Upload image to chatgpt and ask it to describe the image.
Take the output text to a realistic ai image generator and create the image. You can use ideogram.ai, they have a free plan, I have not tested this.
