Otherwise as you get such low conversions I would suggest you start your own niched porn tube where you will get daily views and retain your subreddit users. Also there you could create a models for hire section where you could potentially find models/agents to work with.

Regular adult ads + Popads (don't overdo popups/popunders) + some cam affiliate for example should get you some similar or more earnings that you currently have (assuming your networks are good and your traffic is consistent) with a bonus of not pissing your current audience with cpa smartlinks.
