Looking for Adsence approval Suggestion.

Hello All,

I am currently planning to start AdSense arbitrage , So as the first step i bought a domain month back and created a website on a specific niche.

I didn't not promote or started the traffic yet, Since i have a old AdSense account i just submitted my website for approval and i got the below error. I am sure my niche is not violating any google terms.

I would need some advice on what should be my next step to get the website approved.

Make sure your website has privacy policy, write 5-10 pieces of content, include images and infographics in your content. Make sure you have good menus and use the right breadcrumbs on wordpress which is domain.com/post . And you should be good, I got approved with domains I created in less than a week and written a few content.

I have all these in my website but still i am not sure why it was disapproved.
