Hello - My client needs to add a second location to their GMB. What's the best way to proceed, should I create a 2nd GMB or is it possible to add a location to the current GMB...?
Years ago, when this came up, I would create a separate GMB for each location however I'm not sure if that's the right way to go now.

What do you mean by "add a second location to the current GMB"?

The client has one verified location in the northern part of the state and now has a new office in the southern part of the state.

You asked here "should I create a 2nd GMB or is it possible to add a location to the current GMB...?"
They are both the same thing. If your client has opened a second office, you will need to create a new GMB.
There is no "add-on" feature.

Got it....TY. I haven't done this in a while and I'm not sure if things changed.

A company I do work for in the legal industry has one account and they recently added a few locations. I tried to add more locations using the same account/email and the new listings get suspended for deceptive practices. We even submitted a copy of the lease and utility statements. It doesn't make any sense.
