anyone know of a forum posting service

I'm looking for a forum posting service, if anyone knows any.

By that I mean someone who can create accounts and post comments (questions and answers) in a healh related forum I provide.

I'm not talking here about posting in other forums, for SEO backlinks. Im referring to filling one forum with useful comments.

There was a company called post loop I think, that offered this service, but I don't think they exist anymore. Many people are using microworker sites, to advertise say for $5 or something to go and do comments to site. Its not worth offering someone like $1 or something I don't think, even here on bhw you would advertise in HAF, and pay people $5 for 15 minutes work. Not sure how many replies you would get, but I suppose if you try a multitude of options, you'll get something that should work.

Do you already have traffic to the forum? How many visitors per day? I plan to open a new site with a forum in the next couple of months, and I'll be in the same position, but I'm hoping I can just grow organic, and maybe with the popularity of a special feature where a post in another section, can be easily flagged to post in the forum with a comment, to make it look like there is activity, and entice users to post more, and comment about these auto forumpsots, perhaps you could build similar?

I am having my doubts about this,as this might be considered spam by other members or even for Google? Did you try it and how did it work out for you?

I could grow my forum organicly because I had a large Facebook group of up to 30k members, and I let those members read the forum posts with a link to it, having where I got posts with over a 1000 readers each and monetized it with ads.
Now that my Facebook groups and personal accounts have been hacked, however, that traffic is totally gone.
Have you started this yet please and how is it working out for you? Wouldn't it look like spam or too unnatural? I found a few Fiver gigs giving comments for forums, but if the comments or questions are constantly coming from the same country and IP address, I don't think that will do any good for the forum, no? What do you think, thanks!

Yes, thats the problem, I dont really worry about that, as all my traffic is organic, or paid, and I only work on content or promotion. I don't use fake traffic. As you can understand, it's pointless.
