There are courses here on Udemy, Youtube, but the PBN network is not something that will only happen with a course. There are constant updates and you need to actively experience it. You can learn this way. This will first tire you in terms of time and money. The domain names to be used in this field are very expensive. I recommend that you research them thoroughly.

It's something that works if setup properly.
It has been working for years and will continue to work unless search engines devalue the role of backlinks.
Find powerful niche relevant domains with clean history, anchors, & backlink profile.
Auctions domains are costly but of great value.
Ideal PBN network has the following:
Avoid footprints by using different domain registrars, different dates of registration, different no of years registered (optional) for your domains.
Use different servers to host these websites.
Avoid using same cms across the network.
Setup your sites to look natural and not like link farms.
OBL count is important.
This setup is fruitful for long term goals.
$3k is a decent budget to start this type of network.

These kinds of questions have been asked repeatedly, but the answer remains the same: "It works." That's why Google still hasn't banned PBNs. Of course, there are many tips and guidance available on the internet, including on BHW, for creating a PBN network.
There are many factors involved in creating a PBN network, such as domain selection, proper setup without footprints, unique IPs, content creation, linking strategies, and more.

Therefore, PBN is always an important resource when doing SEO.
