AdBlueMedia used to be CPABuild.
They were involved in several issues.
Some people at the net also report a sort of "racial profiling", so they don't pay out earnings of people from countries like Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq etc.

Yes, it's legit, but their advertisers are thieves. Don't work there if you want to know the truth or see through the bs.
I found many different networks but realistically there are maybe 3 - 4 offers in all those networks doable on mixed traffic, which is most common like Android + India, PH, BR, DE, FR etc.
Once they detect you own infinite traffic, they shut down an offer for you and so they decide to split it in-between many people.
So if you have traffic, don't drive too much to a single offer unless you have 20 affiliate accounts within a network.
It's not worth to do many offers these days. It never was. I made 97% of my money in CPA through targeted US + FR.
If you find a decent India offer, there's infinite traffic, but they'll disable offer access if you drive too much.
In general networks don't care. It's only advertisers always complaining and not counting conversions, disabling offer access.
They have both scammy payment processor (Tipalti) and scammy advertisers.
Their best offers cap within 15 minutes of day's start. So nothing to do there if you don't want to drive traffic till the end of days.

I think it's a problem with how they process payments and it's again, not the networks fault, but bad management and processors.

Yes they are legit but even legit networks have their own cons so do not forget to double check.
