I made a post promoting a software I have which was taken down for obvious reasons. I realized my mistake so I made a different post talking about how to make money, I didn't try to sell anyone my software and it was taken down. What am I supposed to post in making money?? I can't tell people that it's possible to use software to make money? How is posting that there is software available out there plugging my own? I didn't even mention the name of it or where to get it, I also EXPLICITLY said I am not selling it? Please fix this

Who own's the software? Is it you?
I didn't see the post, but it seems like your first post was blatantly advertising your own software, and when it was removed, you decided to astroturf on a separate post instead.
I do own it yes but I'd never sell it. I made another post if you want to take a look. I tried to make it extremely clear this time that I will not sell it to anybody. What is astroturfing??

How can you expect people to make money in thaat method, if they don't have your software?
If you are not selling it, then you are giving it away for free, which goes in the freebie section.
But sounds like you weren't selling nor giving it away so...
Sounds like a Journey Thread to me.
Ah maybe posted in the wrong thread then. I'm still new here. I thought I was able to post strategies to make money that might require a bit of self taught methods.

is just lowkey telling the mods to go fuck themselves. At least that's the vibe I am getting after reading this thread & then that one.
If you have a problem with a mod, you should send in a support ticket or message them privately.
Further, if you ain't 100% sure how to phrase something, send in a support ticket and ask them for the best way to express it without it getting taken down.
If it's allowed, they will help you.

We see this a lot around here. We see people attempting to get either pre-sales for an upcoming sales thread or even attempting to filter sales from comments like 'I have this software, which i have sold in the past, but how do i make money'. I'm not explicitly saying that's what you were doing, but that's the impression it gave off.
