For Macro Recording ( Very simplistic approach to automatic ), you can use JitBit Macro Recorder.

For RPA, you can create a selenium script or find a SMM management tool with the RPA feature. You wont have to code in the program, rather set off a series of actions like opening a new tab, mouse click etc.
