To answer your question, yes, running ads for such products is definitely possible. And actually I know what I'm talking about as I have experience running ads for Kratom and CBD products for some of my clients.

It's all about having the right method. And tbh gotta be honest with you, most public cloaking tools arent that good (no offence at all tho but thats my point of view) You better hire someone to manage all the hassle for you.

cloaking.house works well with facebook but you would have to go with the more expensive cloaker for google.

Honestly there are many Cloakers working well, it more depends on your skill and experience running ads.
