Do you get many spam clicks and how you deal with that? I tried it many times and 50% of the clicks were spam fake clicks

So, let me start by saying i'm from brazil, where our currency is very weak compared to USD, so a 400/month cloaking service at this moment, is out of reach. Actually, any service provided online, RIGHT NOW, it's kinda out of my reach.
So, the only tool i have right now it's a IP-blocker... Anyone who visit my link more than 3 times gets his IP blocked... As I start making more money, I'll start acquiring more tools.
Buy the way, here in brazil, when we launch a campaign, our budget to TEST the product is only the value of the comission. I know most of affiliates test a product with thounsands of dollar... But for me, 2k usd is like 10k for me here...
