I just had 2 of my Google Business profile suspended. It was related to dance classes and the reason is listed as "Content that violates our policies isn't allowed"

What can I do in this case? Should I file an appeal? Is there a sure shot way to win this appeal?

More update: Looks like a hard suspension 2 of my listing (both on the same email) got completely removed from GMB

First of all review all your content remove anything spammy then file an appeal. Don't make a new profile it will also get suspended wait for appeal to get reviewed.

I just did that, there were multiple shops mentioned in my address which I have removed along with repetitive name of the area.

I have also removed all the nearby area that I had mentioned in my area of service for now.

None of it was "Spammy" to be honest but I still changed it a bit gonna submit a review now. Anything else you reckon I can do?

I had a client that had one suspended and a week later the other 2 accounts he had in that gmail (I didn't know about those) all got suspended. I moved each one to a new gmail account and got them restore one by one. After moving them out it turns out Google had flagged his gmail account (still don't know why) and suspended all GBPs. We got them all back after a lot of work of moving things around correcting logos etc... That's where I would start.

I had the first one in my Management console and didn't affect me but soon moved that one to and older gmail account I had just in case.
