I need help please. Someone it’s spamming my store!

Hi friends , please I need your help!
Someone it’s very bored and it’s spamming my just released store. Apparently only add the bot , apply for the coupon code, proceed with payment but not complete the transaction.
I’m afraid that this will cause my store locked or something. I have activated fraud score and everything possible but I don’t know why it’s keeping going , this is the last fake purchase of today .

It’s using VPN and proxies so I can’t trace the real IP.

It’s getting very frustrating because I’m not 100% for sure but i feel very confident saying that this is atributed to the (RESOLVED) dispute thread and others scam tricks that they are using , i know is another thing but i have to fight against this.

I need your help about what i have to do??
to avoid this situations.
I’m not sharing my link of course , but i have hosted in sellix , if you know about some config or plugins or something please share, I’ll appreciate it!

For a pending/unaccepted transaction, there is nothing can affect you. And SEO don't have anything in common with internal sales. The only factor may be a bad/good review, but it can be placed on your website after the transaction was completed (it depends on what configurations u have there, of course).

Did the buyer made the payment? If you don't know him, or you think there may be issues in the future, refund the transaction and that's it.

The status always go to cancelled .
The payment gateway provides 2 hours to payment so they don’t pay but make the purchase request.

Want to bump (update) this same thread to avoid create a new one.
The last days the spam was very quite.
So With fear, I updated my store and again, spam and abuse of the use of support has returned.

Due to some restrictions that I have, I have not yet been able to implement greater security to the site, but I would like to leave here what I have done may be able to help other people.

- I increased the fraud points, even to contact the support, so if the user is not viable or their source is not secure, the ticket will be sent only to my email.

- Add verification filters in the site index, to get a better conversion.

I tried to contact this email , but its return that this email doesn’t exist. What the hell bro!!
How can they use this emails to verify accounts if the email doesn’t exist?

Cloudflare' WAF could also help in such cases, not sure about stores hosted on 3rd party though.

My store it’s hosted in sellix, can i setup re captcha or do i must build one custom theme?

I’m mainly using Sellix to avoid any issues with sales. If a client pay for a bot , it will receive the bot automatically.

If its a bot add cloudflare captcha on your website for sure.
