My company is based in Spain, and I'd like to add locations to Google My Business (GMB) in other countries. Can I add more locations globally? Is it risky? Are there any reliable services that can help with this?

Hi, you can do it on other locations it shouldn't be very troubling, I would suggest hiring someone to do it...

It works with most niches but there are some, like plumbing and lawyers etc which have it very tough to open new since they require video verification

Thats completely inaccurate and I'm not sure why you are sharing false information.
Have you never heard of Service Area Businesses? (SAB)

Take for example this listing:
https://g.co/kgs/3jDoH4o

As you can see, it does not have a physical addresses. So not only is it fully within the "rules", this listing is actually ranking #1 without a physical address for an extremely competitive category.
