I might have missed this, but I think a central/ general place for all guides members have written in one place would be helpful, sometimes I try to search for a guide I have read but then after a while I try to search it (forgot to bookmark it and can't remember the specific name) and then I can't find the guide anymore in search.

If this would be possible I think all members, new and old ones would be appreciated it, I know I will :)

I speculate you're looking for one of these:

Here is the newbie guide: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/newbie-guide.242/

A compilation of helpful threads for beginners: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/searching-made-easy-master-list-of-all-newbie-guide-threads.1389081/

Another (this time, smaller) compilation: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/seo-where-to-begin-as-a-newbie.1106210/#post-11916701

After a while, when you accommodate, check this one: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-tutorials-a-short-beginners-guide-to-blackhat-seo.1134018/

I hope you will get a ton of ideas from the threads recommended above.

And, the best of the best, in any circumstance, the search button is your friend. Use with trust!

Cheers!

Hey mate,

Thanks for the reply, seems I did not communicate it properly, I mean more like, in different sections, like white hat seo, but also make money and other forum sections, sometimes members have written guides on how to do keyword research using ahrefs for example, but sometimes I read a guide from 2-3 years ago but I can't remember the user or how the guide was called, so I did use the search button but still can't find those specific guides different members on BHW have written.

What I'm trying to say, can there be like a different forum where all guides are place that are written by members, and I don't mean the newbie guides, but actual guides written on various topics like SEO, but also on how to use use Reddit for marketing etc.

I hope this is more clear what I'm trying to say :)

No problem. Such a sub-forum will be indeed a very good thing.

Outside of @TheMarquis helpful reply, this would require an aggregation of all threads of a certain criteria to be manually moved in a brand new location. I don't think we have plans to do that just now. However, there are a few ways this can be searched on the forum. (By the way, if @Zwielicht or DD has a plan for this in the works, please feel free edit this response or make a post beneath mine to reflect that :) )

Firstly, there's the newsletter. Which is released on week by week basis. You can find that, and scroll back through the weeks, here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/black-hat-world-newsletters.1486460

Secondly, you can do a Google search and filter accordingly to bring a list of those threads up, see this thread for more information on how: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/using-google-to-find-best-of-the-best-on-bhw.1506259/

Lastly, you do a search of each section:

Select "everywhere" and change it to 'this forum' and type the word 'guide'.

There's also an advanced search feature:
