Is Shopify still a good e-com platform for business? any benefit Shopify vs regular Wordpress site?

Recently , i have faced several issues with Shopify where i have paid domain fee still they did not renew site and disconnected site from my profile. Not happy on their service anymore.

Depends on what your needs are. If its really simple you can prolly use WP. But if you need more control right out of the box shopify is still good

Go with WooCommerce from the get-go.

Totally agree. You keep total control of your site.
If shopify want to up their pricing it will not impact you at all.

There is no point in using this intermediary who can simply delete your store at anytime...WP has tons of plugins and it can offer you a complete solution for your ecommerce business without putting it at risk.

Compared to WordPress, Shopify offers less customization for non-technical users

If customer service and control are priorities, a WordPress site with WooCommerce may be a better choice

In Woocommerce we have access of all things, we don't want to pay monthly and we integrate and make changes as like our requirement without any problem, Shopify development cost is higher then normal wordpress website.
