I didn't find any niche keywords for that keyword, because.

I opened a white page as an advertising agency page and warmed up the campaign using the keyword "advertising agency".

If you want to be safe you should add the black keywords after warming up for a few days, wait another couple days and then you activate the cloaking to send the real users to your moneypage and make the bots visit the white page.

There are many cloaking services out there so depending on which one you get it might work in a different way.
