I have a subreddit that has grown by about 1300 users in 3 days. I think it's time to monetize it. The theme is interesting and curious videos. I was thinking of pinning a post with affiliate links or maybe an interesting ebook, but I'm not 100% convinced. Do you have any suggestions or alternative ideas on how to do it?

Maybe post videos of "interesting products", use another account to ask "where can I buy this", and then use another account to reply with a link?

Thanks for the advice my friend! But I look for some more automatic method

Hate to break it to you but Reddit isn't a magic money machine. Reddit users overall hate monetization/spam/etc. You start making pinned posts with links and that sub is going to be a ghost town in 69 seconds. On Reddit you have to be engaging. This isn't going to be automatic. You make multiple accounts, you post videos and interesting things yourself, and those accounts would have affiliate links. Ex: you post a new charger or whatever, they watch the video, they go to their profile and can purchase the item. All the monetization has to look like it's other users, not the sub owners, and you have to balance it because Reddit is fickle. You can't have too many of your account posting with ads or they'll catch on.

If you want automatic, you don't use Reddit. You build your own website for sharing interesting and curious videos then you run ads on the site. You can also run your own ad program with a kickback, say a user gets 10,000 views you'd pay them a couple bucks. This encourages people to upload their content to your site and makes it further automatic.

sponsored posts, exclusive content subscriptions, affiliate marketing, or selling branded merchandise

I could give a better answer if I had an idea of the niche, but affiliate and cpa links is usually the best.

Monetize your subreddit by pinning posts that include affiliate links to products related to your topic.

Work with brands to publish sponsored posts or hold contests that charge entry fees.

Create exclusive content on Patreon or offer paid memberships for special benefits

This is the most common way I’ve seen people make money, but there are actually more hidden ways

You can monetize your subreddit by partnering with brands for sponsored posts, using affiliate marketing links, or offering exclusive content or products through platforms like Patreon. Always ensure transparency and adhere to Reddit's rules on monetization.

Thanks for all the advice guys! It really helps

Depends heavily on the niche, but as someone else mentioned selling sponsored posts to other marketers would work with basically any niche. Redditors are pretty savage though you have to be creative or you'll get put on blast
