I apologize if the questions to follow have already been answered, but it is difficult to read through X amount of pages to find these things.
My questions:
Can you NOT "throttle" the traffic? Meaning, I'd like AS MANY visitors as possible in any ONE given day. I'm talking a minimum of 1,000. (this actually is answered in your original post, but refer to question two to see why it is inlcluded.)
Do you sell USA only traffic, and if so, return to the first question and see if that answer still applies.
Do you have an average "pageview" time for each visitor? I don't really care what it is, I just don't want them to close my page out before it is even loaded because they don't like the domain name or something (the domain isn't dirty or illegal, don't worry). I just want them to at least SEE the page before closing it.
I'm looking for a provider for traffic and those are my only three requirements.

No we can't set it for less than 10,000 unfortunately.
Yes we can send as many as 10,000 hits per day for the worldwide, the answer doesn't apply to US only traffic, that typically delivers 25 hits per day. We don't require the visitor to stay at your site for a certain amount of time, but they will see your page at least, even if they navigate away quicker than hoped.
Yes we can split it up as long as no single url gets less than 10,000.

Thanks Ghazz, ordered another couple of batches of traffic to a couple of domains.
Thought I'd let the others no, that while paid traffic is generally unresponsive, I'm sending the first batch to certain spokes of my linkwheel and these "visitors" are actually reading through, and clicking through to my website through links at the bottom.
So unlike those that do no more than show up in your stats, these visitors are taking some action.

What is the estimated views per day? Is 10K per month or total until you reach 10K? Same with 100K?
