Keitaro set up & Pay commission

Our Facebook advertising operator received an Offer, but we encountered some problem . We can receive conversion post back on Keitaro's platform, but cannot see the conversion post back on FB's advertising account. It's just that the two can't be connected. Does anyone know how to set up Keitaro? I can pay commission
