It could be anyone, and I haven't seen anyone uses this handle here before. If you deal with sellers off-forum, ask for a PM confirmation. If you posted your TG handle and replied to sellers there, anyone could've seen it, even guests that are not members.

As the transaction did not start on blackhatworld it’s not something we can help with unfortunately. Furthermore, just because they have bhw in their username it doesn’t mean they’re really here; especially if they’re in the business of scamming they’re unlikely to reveal their wearabouts so blatently.
