Have a large database of Linkedin users. How to contact them?

I have a large database with over 100k of Linkedin users, I want to contact them to make them an offer.

Is any way how to mass contact them without all my messages going to scam or without my contacting channel not being blocked?

I've heard if I use any mass dm through email it will be under GDPR and all my emails will to spam. What about if I will use any mass email dm services from the marketplace? What deliver rates can I expect?

The same question regarding mass dm on Whatsapp.

I'm also thinking to hire someone from India or Philippines to cold call them, but I also heard that mass cold calling can face blocks from Whastapp. What is the safe numbers of cold calls per day?

Any other options how to contact them with a good response rates?

You can try sending WhatsApp through official WhatsApp api and also SMS through sms gateways.

Most email will likely go to spam folders and never be seen

mass messaging could lead to blocks if it’s perceived as spammy...i think you can try alternative methods such as targeted advertising and content marketing

Emailing them perhaps? Or cold-calling? It would be difficult but if you can find the right guy to do that, you might hit a jackpot!

I know LinkedHelper2 and Snov.io provide emails based on LinkedIn profile information.
It's much less risky to do as @ArtForm mentions, and to mass email them. I might recommend only starting with a few, see how the responses are, and then adjust your outbound message accordinly, send it out, and repeat.

You'll have to figure out how to send out emails and it not get blocked. That's a learning opportunity for your business. or pay a vendor to do this for you. Work it out for your business.



Now if you have some capital, (and assuming it's a legal business), you could get the email address, then put them into a Google Ads, Meta campaign, and advertise your business so when they see your email, you're not a complete stranger. Just depends on what you're doing...
