Hello, Would like to know what is the best way which is non restricted to sell AI generated images ? Any nice technique to promote it, would be more help full.

You can create a niche based instagram page of ai images and then monetize it with affiliate/cpa offers of whatever niche you have chosen. eg: 18+ anime ai images.

Other than that if you're really great at it then you can sell your ai generated arts on etsy as a wallpaper, mugs, bags design and so on. You can get inspiration for arts from google or other etsy store owners.

Follow and unfollow could be a good way. The thing is that if you use good hashtags and give it a little push through methods like follow/unfollow, this is a niche that will grow on it's own at a very rapid pace. You can open an X account as well to increase your audience base

Not sure if that's still what people are doing but I used to create fake AI girls and sell package of pictures in DMs. Made some great cash doing that so thats what I'd suggest, not sure if thats still a thing tho.
