I had build one bot like that for one of my clients in the past but I don't know where is that right now in my system and if it's still working or outdated at the moment.

You can post in BHW " Want to buy" and tell them you want a tool to spam X ( twitter). There's many people can help

You can use IFTTT or Zapier to automatically forward tweets from a specific Twitter user to a Telegram group. Alternatively, bots like @TweetItBot or custom Telegram bots using Python (with Tweepy) can also do this with minimal delay.
