Sadly I do now know his forums name but he directly contacted me through my WTB Reviews post. I am new to the forum, I already encountered 2-3 of them but this one pissed me really hard.
He contacted me to sell me Google Reviews Removal Service for the price of 20$ as we agreed ( initially it was 25$ ). We agreed to pay 50-50 so 10$ at start, 10$ after removal. I got him the transfer in about 30 mins to 1hr.
As you can see in the phot it is the transaction from 17.08.2024.
He came today on 18.08.2024 claiming that the transfer didn't come through even though it was done through Binance ID. So I said okay, let me do a 0.1$ transfer to see if it comes through. GUESS WHAT? IT DID!
Then it started to smell fishy...I asked him to provide me with some screenshots, he cropped loads of his pictures and when I asked for full page pictures he edited them. I didn't notice at start but then he showed me a page where he forgot to edit the transaction coming through and when I asked him to click on that he became defensive "I am tired, I showed you everything, you did not pay" and then I realised what was truely happening.
Unfortunately the whole thing is gone because apparently ( I didn't know myself ) you can delete the chat from Telegram from both sides without the accept of the other person ( what can I say, best for scammers ).
+ Plus he started threating me spamming negative reviews with my name on the profile I requested to take down the review...
Anyhow, don't fall into the trap ( not like he can do another telegram account or something, or change his name / username and scam along ) but be more aware and as a notice to sellers, when people ask to prove that you are worthy of the skills you providing don't get defensive and say you don't provide for free...I mean it also matters how much it costs you or stuff like that but I have this problem with Reviews Removal Service where I asked the guy to show me and take down 1 Review, either for free or half price first ( preferably free cuz I am not sure if it will pop back up ) and I didn't ask for the moon, I requested 1 review to prove me your skill..
