Anyone with Experience with Payoneer and PayPal?

I have multiple PayPal accounts closed, after 180 days.
I don't have on them Payoneer accounts which I assume is the best solution.

I need to find a way on:

1. Filing Documents to these PayPal accounts
2. Creating Good Payoneer Accounts for thme
3. If necessary also creating docs for Payoneer

Use legitimate information for Payoneer accounts and file accurate documents for PayPal, but fabricating documents is illegal and risks permanent bans.

You can borrow documents from a friend to verify a paypal, I've been banned like 5 times, I'm running out of friends :c
