You mean comment spam through slaves accounts and from there drive traffic to mother account ?

I am not part of those specific OF RT groups, Most of guys promote general porn videos and can get 1-2k followers and 500+ likes easily !

Growth in general, I'd say ramp up your engagements. Comment, like, reply, all that jazz and do it consistently. That's the slow way though, which you can supplement with faster methods of growth.
