how would you go about getting your offer to the entire world (before paid ads), maximizing the potential of your offer for free, without anything paid. No paid email lists, no paying editors, just you on your own. Where are the best public forums/platforms you can find?

Tried the following so far - making my own content organically, (tiktok,insta) recommend any other platforms for posting content?
I've published over forums, vlogs, reddit. Even discord channels, is there something you would do differently to scale up, again for free.

If it's a matter of funds, you can try offering revshare deals to some small influencers in your niche.
That being said, I'm not sure there is much more to "free" traffic than social media (maybe try to add YouTube to the mix?), buut beyond that, a domain cost money, as well as hosting.

It's hard to come up with small influencers not knowing your niche or industry. Either way, a short browse on TikTok, IG and YT would most likely yield some leads.
If you have some budget (a few bucks is enough), you can maybe enhance your outreach by supporting them on Patreon. They will most likely answer.
I posted a method a while ago, but I don't think that it really fits your situation, but maybe you can take it apart and piece together something that fits you better.

Well in my case i use the content strategy related to my offer .So if i have an offer related to diets as example ,then i start to create content in that niche and for that i use : blog ,youtube channel ,facebook traffic ,forums ,social media etc
But in general its not good to use many platforms ,many peoole say its good to focus on just one traffic source
