Are mobile proxies / ports the same ?

I want to run few Instagram accounts and looking for 10 mobile proxies. One supplier told me to create 10 ports on 1 proxy

Can anyone confirm if ports are identified as a unique proxy altogether ?

Hmm do you mean create litteral ports like proxy:2001 proxy:2002 etc or do you mean to purchase multiple packages from 1 proxy provider?
If you purchase another package from same proxy provider and get different port that before then it is a "unique" proxy.

10 ports doesnt mean 10 unique ips, as you still have 1 proxy(1 deivce with sim card).
