Since yesterday I lost 60% of traffic. My main keyword now almost disappeared. Google playing with my site or what? My articles 100% handwritten and high quality. Backlinks also no pbns only guest posts. I don’t know what is wrong again.

Google is always doing this, that's why you got to add more stuff to your game. Start doing some parasite SEO and link back to your site, start making youtube videos. Don't just focus on Google SEO, they will tank your traffic overnight with their constant BS updates.

Ofc no. I work hard every single day. I spend 700-800 euro per month for content and links. Now Google fucked my site. I feel like I lost 5k euro and time for nothing.

Check if you have spam links. Use SEMrush and disallow these links in Webmaster Tools. That helped one of my sites during the last big update.

You can analyze the relevancy of your articles to your main Keywords - Keywords density - Intention of those articles.

Also, planning to reduce keyword density to 2-3%.

Wait! What? It's really very bad. It's most likely a google update, Please check your webmaster if you have received any manual actions.. Check your on page were perfectly managed and also check your backlinks which are currently live or removed by any case.

Just relax and wait for a few days to see if it's just a small dance. If you don't see ranking back in 7 days, look at SERP changes for the main keywords.

Reverse engineer with the competitor's strategy.

As you said you just used only guest posts, make sure you didn't get any spam attack from the competitors
