Thankyou for reply. Yes I can create website on WordPress and can get it done through coding by hiring a developer (even one is making another website for me). It is purely about Google Ads for billing. I can do ads for legit business but billing thing is illegit and I am not located in the USA. That is why I want to know what type of landing page do I need. Can I pay via my non-USA card for a USA billing campaign (or google will suspend my account)?
