You can buy for less say from AliExpress and Sell for high known as Dropshipping.
You can buy for low on buy/sell fb groups and sell for high locally.
Traffic arbitrage is another use case.

Learn some stuff. Python programming is useful to apply to projects, or go in with React JS and get into website and web app building. Plenty of value in being able to build websites, especially with interactive features.

Learn how to code, for example. Not just an arbitrary language like python, but actual jobs like web developer or data scientist. Codecademy is quite good, put down a yearly and then learn in your free time and go look for better jobs once you feel ready.

WIth the spare money you can hire private teachers to speed up and solidify your learning process.
