Hi. Title is question.
How would one go about running something like this? Making the content and site is easy, the hard part is what kind of tools would you need to have a livestream like this just run 24/7? Thank you in advance to anyone who knows!

i've seen a few of these for various niches
its generally a 5-10 minute video, looped infinitely
if you've ever been on tiktok you've probably seen how editors can cut the end of video to loop in to the start with a seamless transition, often tricking the viewer into not realizing it's been looped.
next just set up your OBS Broadcaster, or whatever streaming software you like, to play that video on loop for youtube live.

ah that makes sense, do you think you could use some VPS to host it so its not running of your computer?

You can even record this guy for 10min and like mentioned, just use OBS + loop the video and you get the same.

You should use VPS because you're very safe from downtime.

Make sure that you are the only one using your VPS, so only you can reboot it. Do not buy from trash seller, find reputable. Prices are similar everywhere. If you know Linux, buy that and just leave OBS running there.

You don't need to connect your account to VPS, so you log in from home PC, and just normally setup stream, connect with OBS, forget.

yes absolutely. if you don't want to host it on your machine, you can create a virtual machine, or rent a vps.
afaik with obs you should be able to just select the source video to broadcast, then minimize the software and it won't interfere with your stream.

You think a hostinger VPS would be fine? I have a unused one. Also I recorded like 20 minutes of the livestream and I'll just dub over it for my own channel; thank you for the suggestion.

Whatever works for you will be fine. Simple as that.

You already have it, try it. It takes a few mins :D If not, buy or free trial something that suits your needs.

If OBS drop a single frame, you have a shit VPS.

Find some YT tutorial how to setup OBS settings for best performances.

Streamingbots is my best choice, or use similar alternative instead of setting up VPS with OBS.
You can stream it indefinitely on loop and costs $30 per month if you can spare it

You can do that with OBS. If you have 24hrs access to electricity with PC onn, then it’s possible. Else, you need a VPS.

Try Livereacting for streaming 24/7. It's only $20 p/month and the stream comes from their servers, so you don't waste your computer powers
