Probably would take 3 pages of writing to see how to mix and match monetization methods.
Most common monetization methods include writing e-books, sending traffic to blogs with ads installed, content locking, affiliate offers.
All of this takes 100s of hours to setup. It's not free. But then you can replicate it for years and bank off.
The problem is you must write down how it all works and understand basics flaws of certain methods / strategies.
If you don't plan strategies, you're not doing anything different than a job!

I saw major flaws of some users as far as monetization methods go and their bias towards some.
Changing monetization and adding strategy to it gives 20000% more results. Instead of making 2 cents, you make 2 cents * 20000% off one user.
They reject all ideas like "business", "big image", "informatics", "systems". Then what do they get? Wasted time and burnout + constant need to revive their pseudo-worthwhile sites. They think achievements are purely monetary and that's their problem.

It's just immature, TikTok level thinking. A young engineer is nobody compared to an engineer with extensive, broad image and 30 years of experience. Most of young people are focused on their self-image, not business.

It's as if they build a house only to watch it fall apart. It's painful to experience and for sure such people suffer until they learn their egomania has to end.

Search traffic (YouTube / Google) is easy to exploit, almost nobody bothers to use it and there's no limit to it cause people refresh sites billions of times a day globally.
But as I said, focusing on traffic or any other part of a strategy isn't going to bring anything worthwhile.
It's best to get some traffic, but turn them into recurring customers instead of promotion -> sell. You can do promotion -> sell -> recurrence of clients (retargeting / email lists).

Think about B2C, then B2B models. See how both worlds use different strategies.

For B2C people mostly use search traffic cause paid traffic gives you extreme targeting, but you don't need extreme targeting in B2C for many products. If you want to sell massive products and you want to reach certain personas, you can ultra-target them with paid ads.

I think "push ads" is something where you can get large amounts of traffic if you're not interested in informatics / using Python to exploit search traffic.

Maybe start with helping people in specific states of the US find jobs.
One of their needs is getting money. For them it's like going to the toilet.
They know how to do it, but they're always searching for new opportunities and new toilets. I mean, new jobs in their states.
And many of them get these fat bellies which they're well aware of. So that's a huge market that isn't so prevalent in other countries.

So you know, don't give them a survey to complete to get "$250 of free mcdonald's food". They've been getting that for the past 10 years.
Now help them lose the weight they gained in that process of getting gift cards to go to mcdonald's.

They got everything a lot pricier than other countries.

Do you have enough of 9-5? We’ve got solution -> making money online / affiliate ref link to a portal.
Are you looking for a job in Denver? We’ve got Solution -> making money online / premium job portal-> access $2.
Have nothing to do? Unemployed? Make money instead of doing nothing with xyz / complete survey on offer-walls -> access $0 - only the devil is they sell their data to 100s of companies. Alright, they can unsubscribe later if they don't like what they're getting.

Do not forget it's for short term revenue and for long term there are more sustainable ways like informatics and artificial intelligence. It won't work for more than 2, 3 years. Once they lose all that fat, there will be next iteration of fat people. But their awareness might raise, but who knows what's gonna happen in the west as they'll have AI in everything and probably weight losing will look different than it does today. Everyone might be able to lose weight with a virtual assistant in the future creating a fat-less, 15% bodyfat society.

Ok, I was joking. Once they lose all the fat, send them surveys to $250 of free mcdonald's foods. Cyclic capitalism.
Once they go fit and you somehow find out about the fact (for example by tracking in your app you made for them) or asking for progress via email (it's super easy to make progress in fitness), you can send them an offer with supplements to make themselves more powerful and hit higher scores in the gym.

And of course tell them about your new restaurant you just opened and it's like mcdonald's just better, and here's a survey to complete in exchange for some burgers. Ahh, and those cheat meals, they taste like mad. And of course that data they'll give away in all those surveys? You'll eat your own burgers now or... maybe build a new city and invite those people there, then show them how they can run such campaigns themselves, ultimately creating people of entrepreneurship.

Consider VR, metaverse, web 3.0, industrial revolution 4.0, AI, automation, robotics.

But instead of using those buzzwords, use normal, readable, human words instead of those weird ones.
Also tell people how to handle that sh1t and not break down from paranoia about possible outcomes / apocalypse.

Keep your language very simple and that for sure will help you get broader reach.

Instead of doing FUD type of stuff and fear-mongering people joining some evil chicanery circles, help them understand the situation and cooperate with them, helping them psychologically go through this stuff and adapt to new reality.

What's important, if you are a "good optimist" and show people optimistic visions, you'll stand out so hard people will subscribe like mad and will come back for more good feelings. The point is to not make yourself feel good, but everyone around and then you'll feel good about making other people feel good. Something like RoiBox does with their friday threads.
