when your content is not suggested at all, only your viewers are recommended to see your content or new content but this is only for an account that have some viewer ship, if you had only 20 or 30 views could mean your content is not good enough still could give you some idea, if you had your account for a long time a consistant viewership around 50 and then dropped to 1 or 0 there might be a problem still could be bad quality videos I mean boring content not that is HD or no if is not bad content couuld be shadown ban if you have a lot of viewers around 500 views and suddenly drop to 10, 50 there is more noticeable

What do you mean by a shadowban? If you are trying to run ads on Youtube and get rejected, then it's quite possible that you are in a ban. If you just upload videos with no result or few views, then you unlikely had ban. Perhaps the reason is the content.
In anyway you won't be able to find out for sure unless you change your account.
