Create Bing ads/Microsoft ads account method

The author of the post is a fraudster. Mod, please check what I uploaded. He has scammed me of $50

BEWARE: The author of this post is a scam. He scammed me of my $50. He told me he would sell the guide to create a BING account using VCC. I sent him $50 and he has stopped replying to me. See screenshots above for proof
 
why do you need multiple ad accounts? If you get banned, don't they take all your money as well?
 
Someone should please reach out to the mod to delete this post. The author is a scam.
 
This MichealPong is a scam. He scammed me of $50,let no one trust him. Check his postings on his profile where he wrote about creating and warming up a Bing ad account and you will find details of the scam there

He is using Payoneer to Create German Bing Ads Account. Sweet & Simple.

I have tried it it used to work sometime back and have spend about Euro1300 at that time

He's a scammer, I can confirm it. You can't dispute him directly here because he doesn't scam you here directly. Instead, he recommends a supplier (who is actually himself on Telegram, using a different alias) and scams you by selling an account that you never receive! He also uses fake testimonials here to make it more believable. It seems like he has multiple accounts to post several fake testimonials here. Stay away from this user immediately! Inform a MOD or raise a support ticket with relevant proofs and they will help you out.

Hey dude, again, I already did it, and as I told you before, they couldn't help me here because the scam wasn't within this forum, but by another alias recommended by this same user on Telegram. So, we tried to warn about this situation, just like several users did here.

I hope you understand that we've already tried. Just spread the message to warn others.

You're very correct. He has multiple accounts here. I reported and since he didn't scam me here they didn't take any action, which is quite bad because I posted all proofs that I was scammed
