Does anyone know any tool to create political cartoons like Biden, Trump or others in comic style or cartoon in the newspaper? The AI solution would be nice.

You can use stable diffusion or midjourney to get highly quality images based on your preferences (political cartoons etc).

I have used Midjourney, the biggest challenge is consistency in the look of characters. Also, MidJourney is not working to create any comic style character or cartoons for Indian politician.

So you just want to make the images in a comic style? If midjourney doesn't work, stable diffusion is probably your next best bet. civit.ai has lots of good custom models; there should be comic ones there as well.
