Questions about TAX in Debai

Hello!
Recently we started a travel company Flight tickets & Hotel Bookings (services available for North America, EU, UK, ASIAN citizens). We have a plan to set up office physically in Dubai.

@What types of licenses we need and how much taxes/year? We're expecting suggestion from the experts.
@Currently we are accepting our local currencies and Card payment, is there any suggestion about payment options in dubai and middle east?
@ We're planning to add PayPal. can we create a business PayPal from Dubai if we get the licenses? And which other payment options very popular there?

1. License: I do not know. Ask an expert.
2.Taxes: 9% (could be zero in specific economic zones/areas, ask an expert). Vat is 5% if you sell to Dubai citizens,0 for abroad.
3.Stripe is available. PayPal too. To get both, you have to physically live there.

If you're doing all this to avoid taxes, it's pointless because the banks will report the sh*t out of you to your country of residence/citizenship. (There is a way around this though, consult with experts).

From experience, The taxes and cost of doing business in the respective countries is solely dependent on the business structure and flow of operations

Structured properly you’ll see huge tax upside and high profit margins, structured poorly you’ll just break even
