I received the promo balance of 3 gb. Thank you for that. However, it cannot be used for testing because I need to top up my balance for at least $15 first. Defies the whole purpose of testing before buying.

Would like to add that your support is good and they reply within a few minutes of opening a ticket.

I tested their residential proxy . It mixes isp not residential . When I submitted a refund ticket they didn't answer me after 1 week .

hello! To avoid that behaviour, please choose "break the connection" option. Regarding ticket, you may open it again. Please note, refund is possible if less than 1$ was spent and the replenishment been within 3 days
