Uploading videos to many channels from one device

No, they allow you to switch between your channels so that you can upload videos to those channels with only one device.

2 channels isn't a problem, however multiple channels could be a problem if your doing the following

- spam uploading videos daily (large amount of multiple uploads)
- Uploading low quality to no transformational value videos. That is basically slideshows, basic commentary like one line commentary, ai generated voice over videos with no proper storyline (content) etc.
- same kind of videos across all channels. (Try to create videos a little different, maybe thumbnails are not having same pattern, intro and outros etc you can make it different etc)

Absolutely nothing. I only have 1 device and still use it every day to post videos to my multiple channels.
