Unable to Send Emails to Gmail with Amazon SES

Hello,

We have an Amazon SES account with a daily limit of 50,000 emails. Our sending domain is not marked as spam anywhere (including Spamhaus). However, while we can send emails to Hotmail and Outlook without any issues, we are unable to send emails to Gmail. The emails do not reach either the inbox or the spam folder.

What could be the reason for this, and what should we do?

Did you try to send using another domain or ses server?

try contacting support,gmail’s spam filters can be very strict. Check your email content, DKIM, and SPF records. Sometimes, it’s a matter of improving your sender reputation
