Answering your question OP. I live in the suburbs and a lot of houses are getting constructed near my house and hence, I listen to construction related noises while I work.

I have a playlist of mixed songs. I usually put it on shuffle. Some times I also add new music in it too.

Mainly pop music because it's easy for brain.

This has me thinking, has anyone else spent worrying amounts of times people-watching or listening to white noise?

I've always had a ringing in my ears that messes with my head pre-sleep, things like noises and that really help
