Whats a good (free) manual article spinner?

I've spent quit a while searching the forums about article spinners and haven't come up with anything yet so I figured I would post... I am hiring writers to work for me in spinning articles. I want to place a lot of emphasis on having them rewrite sentences a few times, not just replacing synonyms and actually I have a programmer making a customized keyword replacement software so the keyword synonmizing isn't that important to me... I think the newer, more popular article spinners don't have a crack on here.. I found one for power article rewriter but it doesn't work for me (won't start when I open it)..

does anyone know of a decent manual article spinner software that can be had for free? thanks
