verified last month AdSense made a 100$ + [account was from india]
/ received disclose email which was linked on AdSense . but i also received same email on my other email account which was linked before on same adsense .but i have removed later/ on april . lol /

There is tax witheld by the US with most countries, if your country has a tax treaty you can usually recover that US taxed amount on your local taxes.
